How To Get Clicks To Your Website Every Single Day
Whether you’re a blogger looking to make more affiliate income, a service-based business trying to get more clients or an online store ready to sell more products - this is the answer to your website traffic prayers.
If you know your content is worth reading and your products speak for themselves but you just can’t seem to get others to know you exist or even give you a chance, Pinterest is the platform you’ve been missing out on.
Perhaps you’ve even tried it personally (and heaven forbid tried the same “strategies”) but can’t seem to get it to drive the traffic you’re looking for. Here’s how I get thousands of click-throughs to my client’s websites every single day using Pinterest:
Make Sure Your Profile is Set Up for Success
An essential step with the usual claim your website, enable rich pins and all that fun technical jazz. You can find all of these set up tutorials here.
What is often is overlooked is the importance of creating the right boards for your brand and using the correct keywords in your descriptions. This right here is going to make or break your strategy. Learn how to rank high in the searches that matter in this post here.
Make Your Images Click-Worthy
It’s great using Pinterest correctly and having the right strategy but the truth is - if you’re pins aren’t eye-catchy and straight-up beautiful, no one is going to click on them.
If designing isn’t something that comes naturally to you, hire it out or purchase templates. Get a professional photographer to take lifestyle product photos of what you’re selling.
You want to make users stop scrolling and click on your pin, pick it out in a sea of competing content and it’s going to have to be a show-stopper to make that happen.
Create Consistent Content
Once you’ve nailed the strategy and the quality - consistency is key. And while there is no “one size fits all” Pinterest strategy, my top-performing clients are the ones who are putting out more than 5 blog posts a week or have enough new product images so that there is ALWAYS new, fresh content being posted every single week.
You can’t get around it - you’re going to need new blog posts, images, pins weekly to actually see results.
While it may seem like a lot of work, if your business is already succeeding on other platforms and you’re putting in the time and effort to create a website that delivers what viewers want to see - Pinterest is a powerhouse of a platform that will deliver results unlike any other.
